My company just started blocking, oh I don't know, everything.
Every video streaming site I can think of, Myspace, Xanga, Facebook.
I can still use google and AT though.
I'm sure AT is coming next so if so it has been nice knowing everyone.

Update:

They just completely unblocked everything. WTF? 5 minutes ago everything was blocked. Now, nothing.

Anyway, just get a proxy of some sort and use that. If you can't get a web based one, aren't there USB based ones that work?

I found veoh.com and http://www.stage6.com/ are not ussaly blocked.

It's just for 7 years they have not really blocked anything but porn sites. Now everything is blocked. All in one day. Maybe some type of websense update.

Maybe you can setup a VPN at home and remote desktop in. You won't have sound, but at least you can surf porn at work without any network nazis knowing.

Some forums are accessible, others not. It's hit and miss. You'd think something with 'forums' in the URL would be an obvious block...

not here. we use lots of different forums for tech help, a blanket filter for forums would hurt more than it helped.


i only block teh pr0n, everything else is pretty open... until there is an issue. then whatever it is gets locked out too.
