I was restarting my computer yesterday and during the shutdown I had a power outage, when I go to login to my windows 7 account it just locks up and doesn't do a thing.

I've tried doing a checkdisk /r and /f
Did a Windows repair and system recovery.

I also waited all night for it login and I got nothing :I

you might try powering down the system by turning it off at the psu.... leave it off for at least 1 minute then try booting, preferably into safe mode.

Now its bogging along at the speed of a snail.... This is not good.

Try to boot into Safe Mode and if you can, do a System Restore to a day or two before the power outage. See if that helps.
