Beware of right wing domestic terrorists

Original (now pulled) posting

Ok, OK. When will this stupidity end? first 8 years of Bush calling people against the war unpatriotic now it appears the Dems have to step it up a notch and call those who disagree with pending legislation right wing domestic terrorists.

Both the Dems and Repubs are only interested in their specific version of America, with no regard to others opinions or outlooks. Screw em both.

Wait a minute. According to Madam Speaker Pelosi, disruption is patriotic.

Or is that only in cases where your democrats agree with the disruptor?

You guys do realize that anyone who wants to can create an event on that website, right? That means that people are going to occasionally say dumb things on there.

If you want to play that game I'll go spend 20 minutes looking through posts on freep and bring back all the loony crap I find on there.

EDIT: And specifically trying to equate actions of major media figures and administration officials on the right with some idiot posting a blog is disingenuous at best.

Disruption isn't patriotic.

Yep, some loony posting on that website does not equal state policy.

You have a point. I was far to broad.

In the context of more recent events, specifically the town hall meetings the opposition resorts to disruption so that the presenter's view can't be heard or discussed.
Frankly this type of behavior doesn't belong in society.
There are plenty of other, much more effective, ways of communicating your displeasure with your senators/representatives.

The action being called for in the posting is equally disgusting and disruptive.

In the end it comes down to three things.
1. Having a memory longer than a goldfish.
2. Using that memory, along with research to see if your elected representatives voted how you would on issues important to you.
3. Using your voting power to either re-elect the current reps. or vote in someone new.

Anyone in either party who resorts to unjustified nazi/fascist namecalling is in the wrong.

Of course, people who employ such rhetoric claim they are justified in its usage, though 99% of the time they are not. There are a very few occassions where it might be applicable, this ain't one of em.

For appropriate usage, consider a person such as this:

First off OP, there is no such thing as a terrorist anymore. They are man-causing disasterrists.

Oh and don't forget... you are also a racist for starting this thread.
