ok, say I have a frame of 1 inch .065 steel tubing (square). It is 19 inches wide and 35 tall. If that frame has already been welded together, would it be possible to add another two bars on inside? Also, how long should it take (I pay by the hour)?
see drawing.

The x's are the existing frame, the n's the new pieces. Ignore the ---------'sAll inside welds.

Sure no problem except if the stuff you have is chrome plated.
If you cut and fit the pieces probably 20 minutes to weld. If they have to do the fab wortk probably an hour or so plus the cost of the material.
