so i ran pcpitstop. it always tells me my sceptre 12ms 19 inch 1280x1024 gaming lcd monitor is

1600x1200??? could the test be testing wrong? setting my monitor to that doesn't work. is there a sceptre bios hack i could somehow apply? :-D. interesting 🙂. must be like those x800gto cards in that part of the monitor is locked (above 1280x1024, so 1600x1200 isn't availble. not saying its as easy to unlock though, if at all 🙁 )
it would be neat if this monitor even though 19 inches could really do 1600x1200. i don't think its totally impossible. look at what 17 inch laptop screens do. whether it could be made to work is a highly unlikely, another story :-D
