I run my computer case with the sides off. I just installed my new ABIT NF7-S motherboard into it. If I touch the metal chasis of the case my computer restarts. What is causing this problem? How do I fix it? Please Help

It sounds like your motherboard may be making contact with the tray. Something is definitley wrong and you would be wise to find out exactly what it is before you fry something. Make sure there is no contact between the mb and the tray, and check all the connections (IE: reset button, pwr button, etc.)

How am I supposed to know if it's fixed? I don't want to try touching it again to see if it does it becase I don't want to fry something???

just take it off and screw it back on, boshuter is most likely right, your mobo is probably touching the tray. if you don't fix that quick, you won't HAVE a computer! haha good luck man.
