Got a wierd WinTV issue.
Its installed and running fine on 1 users. but if i logoff and log into another user, the program will hand at 98% cpu usage and stay there.
Yes i have removed and re-installed it.
Ive even removed it, ran haupauges cleanup util from there website and re-installed the drivers and app from the website as well
