Weird Win98 question re: file types/view source

For some reason, ever since I had to re-install Windows98 a few months ago, I can't right click/view source - it comes up in the menu, but nothing happens. I needed the source code for a page I had written a while ago (and had forgotten to save), and since I had uploaded it already, I was trying to view the source code and couldn't - so I copied it and opened it in FrontPage2000, which worked great. The only problem is now for some reason, I can't save images as anything except bitmaps. When I right click on whatever it is I want to save, the only file type option that I get is bitmap.

I've looked in all the obvious places, and can't figure out what got changed and how to change it back. I'm sure it's right in front of my face, but I'm drawing a blank. Can anyone help?
