Weird virus??

Well somehow i got some of virus. Its weird because it doesnt erase anything, just seems to annoy me. The only thing ive seen it do is write stuff in the search bars in google and in msn search. Also when it does that if i scroll down it will automatically pop the scroll back up to the top. Ive ran spybot and adware but that didnt do anything to get rid of this. I have a firewall running. I think i got it from a mp3 i downloaded off of dc++. Any idea what this is and how to solve it?
 
format and reinstall and stop downloading Warez and Porn and I've even seen some MP3's mess up your PC. load antivirus and spyware and SP2 !
