Weird Video Problem

[Franchise]

A weird problem has started over the last few months, if I do anything in fullscreen whatever application that may be in use will minimize itself. I could be playing fear or watching a movie. And its very random alos because sometimes it will not happen at all. Could anyone have any insight to this.
