Weird TMP folder on my slave.

Hey guys on my WD4000YR, There is this HUGE folder named ~WXXXX.TMP and then it contains about 75 gigs of garbage files. Everytime I delete it it pops back up so I suspect windows is creating some sort of storage recovery mechanism. Any way to prevent it from re-occuring?

Also after one restart CHKDISK ran after the first time I deleted it and then all of a sudden when I opened up programs it would do that installation prompt like "office is installing xxx program" and the program would fire up shortly after. THis problem is gone but what is causing it.

i want to stop these stupid temps from coming back
