Weird speaker problem

My speakers have been making electronic buzz noises recently. One time instead of an actual noise it made a huge zap like noise.

Does this mean it's time for new speakers?

Edit: It just did it again randomly.
 
Move the cell phone. My cell phone affects my speaker system when it is too close to my computer.

If the noise is a constant humm, make sure that you move all audio cables away from 120V power cables.
