I have this really weird sound issue that just started happening today. When playing back certain video files the voices come out really low and muffled while everything else sounds just fine. The files are fine as I have watched them multiple times with no issues in the past.
When I move back and forward through websites on Firefox the usual clicking noises when i browse are also gone. Also when playing Skyrim certain NPC voices are also very very low which hasn't happened before.
Is there anyway to fix this?
I have a 5.1 channel speaker system if it helps. No new hardware/software has been installed so I am at a loss as to how to fix this.
