So I work night shifts (10pm to 7am), most days I try to get about 6-8 hours of sleep. I come home, stay up until about noon, then sleep until 8 or so. Some days I pass out earlier, sleep for like 10 hours. For the most part I'm almost always tired at work, and it takes me like half an hour to get into it and shrug off the sluggish feeling.
Yesterday I got like 3 hours of sleep, woke up tired, but by the time I got to work I was fine, and didn't feel sluggish at all. Hell, I'm still kind of wired right now, and it's been about 12 hours since I woke up, so about 3 hours of sleep in the past 36 hours.
Anyone else find that sometimes less sleep makes you feel better than more sleep?
