Weird screen flickering

I just recently (yesterday) reinstalled WinXP on my comp and now when I'm surfing the web or whatever, the screen will flicker slightly and kind of go out of focus. It's weird. I reinstalled the drivers and I tried chaning the refresh rate, but it's still doing it. Any ideas?

How about the drivers for the chipset? Have you ran windows update? What are your system specs?
