Weird . . . question about Newegg RMA

I sent in my Shuttle AK31 to be repaired, here's what it says:

Your RMA was received on: 08/27/2002
REFUND: We have refunded your account with new Invoice# ******* On 08/30/2002 for the total amount of $59.00

I thought they would just send me another motherboard . . . ?

No. We do not exchange RMA items for different items. We replace only with the exact same item. If the warranty period for a refund has not been exceeded, an RMA request for refund can be placed online and then the new item can be purchased (also online) and the RMA item will be refunded when received

I guess the mobo might have been oos?

Hmm, looks like you're right, they don't carry it anymore. So are they going to credit it back to my CC? How, because I don't have my CC number saved on their system . . . ?

Hmm, looks like you're right, they don't carry it anymore. So are they going to credit it back to my CC? How, because I don't have my CC number saved on their system . . . ?

They will credit you back to the credit card that you use to order the board
