Alright, I have 2 NIC cards in my computer are working fine, but for some reason they wont show up on my device mananger so I tried to "add new hardware" and it wouldn't give me a big list to choose from nor find them automatically. As you can see they are connected to the internet fine but thats not the problem, I need to change they're properties and I've tried just about everything I could think of but it would be great if someone could tell me what to do or how to change their properties that would be awesome.

Control Panel -> Network Connections? Can you see your connections there and what device they're on? I'm pretty sure you can right-click and change properties from there

Eww, a co-worker got this bug after we removed a good bit of adware and spyware from his computer. I think it has something to do with a virus of sorts, whipes out all visible traces of your hardware =\

The fix was a good old reformat 🙁 I posted here on Anand and that's the advice I got. Who knows though, maybe someone will have a solution
