Weird problems helping a customer.

Customer email us with a question about a problem he is having. I then emailed him back last week and i think the email bounce back twice.

He emailed back again this week because he didnt get an answer, so i again emailed him explaining that i did email him but it bounce back, now i just got another bounce back.

Non delivery report: 5.7.1 (Delivery not authorized)
has encountered a delivery problem.


Reason: Delivery not authorized
The sender is not authorized to send to the destination.
This can be the result of per-host or per-recipient filtering.

I tried to call him and nothing happens its like there is no connection when you dial the number, Weird!!!

If you work in a high security place don't use your work email address for non work related things.
