Weird Problem

All my .exe files have a blank icon. Any idea on how to fix this?

can you still run those .exe's? sometimes if they become corrupted this happens, though i dont see how all of them would be like that and you'd still be able to run your os..

Yeah, I could still run them, but I can't even change their icons manually.
