Weird problem with WinME

Hello,

My problem happens 1 time out of 2 when I reboot. If I go in DOS and check my cursor, it's not flicking (or blinking might be a better word?) and Window Popup aren't showing themselves and the clock in the Systray have like 1-2min delay. Anyhow, I don't know what might be the problem. Would it be a refresh one, I mean, my Refresh Rate is too high for my monitor? Never had problems before with Win98, I use a NEC MultiSync E500 at 1024x768@85Hz.

That's windows ME for ya. I've went back to win98se and 2000 dual boot cus of all the bugs in ME!!

How about no mouseware drivers for Logitech stuff, even though they were promised since 9-14-00.
I've got some software that doesn't work because Win ME doesn't recognize it. CD Creator 4 won't work because ME only recognizes version 4.02 or higher. My scanner presently doesn't work right...etc.....I smell a Win98SE format!!

i'm using ME with no problems at all. saying "that's windows ME for ya" is just being ignorant
