weird problem with several wall sockets

Thanks erveryone! I did tried what Paperdoc suggested and was able to locate the faulty wall outlet. Replaced it and now everything is fine.

Commercial grade wall outlets are better than three cheapest garbage lines found at the hardware store.

Was there any visible evidence the outlet was bad? We need CLOSURE!!!

No, it looked normal. No burn mark or anything.

I tried pulling the wires out and then push them back in, as well as rescrewed the ground, still didn't work.

After replacing it with a $5 one from Home Depot, it worked like a charm. The original bad one looked to be identical to those $.77 cents outlets I found at Home Depot...
