Weird Outlook Problem

I have Outlook set to retrieve e-mails every few minutes.

Now, there is one e-mail that today for some odd reason it is retrieving each time, so I have like 20-30 copies of it. WHen I login to my e-mail account online I only see it once, so it is an issue with Outlook.

I have already tried closing and reopening outlook.

Delete it from the server. It's a corrupted mail message. I've gotten these before and the only thing that works is to delete it from the server.
