Hey all, I'm running into a weird problem when I'm trying to overclock (further).
My components are
-4400+ @ 2.4 ghz (240 FSB, Mem divider at .83 giving 200 mhz, and multi x10) with stock voltage... I think my mobo undervolts because it says 1.28 in both CPUID and Everest
-MSI Neo4 Platinum/SLi
- 2 GB 2-3-2-5 OCZ Platinum
-HTT @ 3x
Alright... When I try to push my CPU further (it should go with more voltage, right?), and try to run my memory at 200mhz, I bump my FSB up to 300, and mem divider at .66 giving it 200mhz, I can't even post. If I keep the FSB at 300, and lower the divider to .5, it boots and all. I'm really confused why it would post at 240x10, with 200mhz ddr, and 300x6 (what I tested to see if it would boot) with 150mhz ddr, but not 300x6 with 200mhz ddr. Any clues?
