Weird noise

My graphic card is 6800 go ultra 256meg. It is making this weird buzzing/hissing noise and its pissing me off. This noise stops if there is CPU usage so anything such as loading apps, gaming, etc the sound goes away. But when typing or browsing internet this noise is annoying. I know it is coming from the graphic card. I think im gonna have to RMA this thing. btw this is a laptop.
