please help me on this problem. i am not sure when this problem started but for some reason when i switch speeds in firefox with the mouse, the speed doesn't really change; instead it drops a little. but when switching speeds with other applications and games, it seems to switch fine. any ideas

It's been a while since I used the software, but if you reset the profiles it should fix it. I'm not 100% sure about this though, I don't have the mouse installed on this PC.
