weird monitor, stop it!

my dad's monitor keeps flickering this shade of blue, and then goes back to normal. it does this intermittently, any ideas what it could be? still under warranty so i could have it replaced if its a hardware issue!

RMA it.

Try it on another computer that has a monitor that has no problems. Doing this will ensure it is no graphics card problem.

RMA it, unless the cost of shipping exceeds 60% of the cost of buying a new one. That's what I would do.
