Weird memory. Anyone ever see this?

I came across THIS memory and am considering adding it to my home server. I never saw this type of memory. Its a standard 256meg stick of pc133 ecc but is connected by a ribbon cable. Looks cool but is it good memory? The chips are from Micron so I am thinking this is pretty good stuff.

Because I already have this. Got it from work for free. 🙂
