Weird Mail issue

Alright, our school has an Exchange mail server, which I have been using successfully for about 2.5 years, until yesterday. I typicall connect to it using a Microsoft Exchange Server option in Microsoft Outlook XP. It does the username/password validation using my windows logon (my comptuer is on the domain & does authenication that way). Anyways, here are the weird results after that:

I can log onto my comptuer/any computer on the domain
I can log onto the exchange server from any of the lab comptuers (which use Outlook 2000 with similar settings)
I can log onto the exchange server using POP3/SMTP using my account from any computer
My roommate can log onto the exchange server using Outlook XP fine
I could use it fine until yesterday, and I haven't changed any settings since then (other than messing after it went 'down'(?))
I tried reinstalling outlook and had the same results.
I tried logging on/off of my own computer with the same results

When I try to connect using the Exchange server option it just gives me a username/password/domain box, one which it has never asked for before, I enter the correct information and then it says that it can't log me on (along the lines of bad password).

Any ideas? I tried getting the school's tech support to do some help, but all they said was to check caps lock :disgust:
