weird issue with links

It did not work because you posted this (I removed the = sign after URL so you could see the faulty link):

That is what the forum put into my post, but I know what I put into the link dialog was "en.wiki..." It seems that putting "http://google.com" into the dialog gives the proper link, but putting in "google.com" results in a broken link. Is that new behavior or am I just now noticing it?
