weird heat feeling on my head

Had a weird moment today. the left side on my head (about where the sideburns start) got cold for about 2 sec then felt real warm. My first through was stroke D: but there was no pain. I do have a cold, wonder if it's some effect of sinuses. Anyone else feel something like that or know of it?
 
Doesn't sound normal. I will say last cold/sick which I still have, my whole head felt cold like brain freeze from drinking an icey to fast.
