I rememeber reading this article about a guy who lived in the US back in the day who moved tons of huge rocks by himself. There was tons of mystery surrounding how he did it,etc. Supposedly he used amazing combinations of pulleys, levers to do it - but there's alot of fantastical stories surrounding it. Anyone remember who this was?

Each section of wall is 8 feet tall, 4 feet wide, 3 foot thick, and weighs more than 58 tons!

Yeah, no big deal.

With the proper technique, some good levers or pulleys for leverage, and a LOT of PATIENCE...... yeah....

No big deal

I still think it's a big deal. If it weren't, then everyone would do it.

Of course it's a big deal.. ScoobMaster is just trying to act smarter than he really is. Moving anything more than a few tons without wheels, rollers, or complex machinery is amazing, especially in this day and age.

Is this the guy who said, before he died, "I know how the Pyramids were built."?

Oh for Pete's sake........

look - All I meant by "no big deal" is that nothing "mystical" or "otherworldly" is going on. Simple mechanical principles are being used to the extreme. No magic mystical forces or telekineses or 'alien technology"

I concede that it is amazing to see and not "run of the mill" every day application of these pricnciples.

OK?
