Well yes, why not - the minimal subset of AGP is just 66-MHz PCI. Line buffers, power conversion, and there you go.

Or buy a PCI graphics card right away ... PowerColor makes a neato 64-MByte Radeon dual head card. No need for using a low profile AGP card on a questionable adapter.

Does this mean that I can use my AGP card in a PCI slot??? I'd love to have my old voodoo5AGP in a PCI slot to use for certain games, on a seperate monitor. Anyone read Japanese, or whatever language that is!

It means exactly that. You'll need to have a Low Profile AGP card though.

The V5 is definitely not a low profile AGP card though, so it's useless for your if your looking to use it w/your V5 5500.

Don't generally see many low profile AGP graphics cards, there are a few GF2 MX, and Radeon SDR low profile cards around though. Besides that it's mainly TNT2 M64's and a bunch of older SiS models.
