How come idiots turn in the most crappy home videos known to man and claim that it's evidence of UFO's?

Quoted for T3H truth.

Never said it was evidence or proof, just weird.

Unless you are the person who turned in the video,then you are the idiot for your piss poor reading comprehension.

why is all ufo footage shaky and blurry?

do they just not appear to people that have good cameras or something? 😕

Because of the extreme zoom they use while trying to film handheld.

Fixed.

Photoshop = images.

You can photoshop movies, too. I've done it. You export the series of frames as bmp's, and then you can edit each frame. After you're done, you import them back into the movie.

will deshake this and upload it somwhere....might be interesting

cant...deshaker wont pick up anything....movie too blurry and not enough contrast i guess

Must have been CTHULU

Ktulu is Metallica's intentional misspelling of it to avoid any potential legal issues coming from HPL's publishers.

Yeah, actually calling up HPL and the publisher and asking would have made sense - they wouldn't have cared.

Right. First off, editing a clip any longer than 5 seconds is really worth it. Especially when it's probably 24 frames per second. I doubt the reasoning behind using software for something that it wasn't designed for....

..which brings me to my second point of "That's just downright stupid."

Why in the hell would you want to export a series of frames as a bitmaps, edit every one of them, then have to take them back into a video editing program so you can render it as a video file? Why THE HELL would not just use some AV program to begin with? That's just freaking dumb.
