So, see, I'm redoing my MP3 collection. I'm using my old files -- on my hack -- as a template to get new files on my MBP. When I get a new file, I want to delete the old one. Yeah, it's an annoying process.
I connect to my hack -- from my MBP -- file AFP file sharing. And for some reason, lately, I can't delete the files on my hack anymore. They're supposedly "in use". Which is ludicrous. Weirdly, it'll allow me to delete one (or a bunch of them at once) and THEN it says they're in use. Or something.
Any idea what might be going on here? I have absolutely nothing open on my hack (often times I won't even log in to it, I'll just turn it on and go back to my MBP). I guess if I wanted to, I could copy the entire directory to my MBP and delete them there, but I'm wondering what's going on here.
