Weird Explorer problem

Okay, never had this happened before. When I open explorer, it shows up in taskbar, but I can't do anything else. All I get is that little thing on the taskbar, telling me that explorer has opened. When I click on the taskbar, no window show up. Any idea whata heck is going on here? Virus?

K, never mind. I am a d*&%@ss. The problem was I have 2 monitors hookup. When I turned it off last night, I didn't disable the dual view feature so all of the explorer windows were showing up on the second monitor....that was turned off!! Duh. Thank anyway.
