Weird Error

I'm running win2k pro on 2 machines and had ICS running good till the other day. I finally tracked it down to my server where the 2 NICs were running on the same IRQ but now I keep getting an error when trying to enable ICS saying that the 192.168.0.1 IP is assigned to another NIC and says it's hidden from the network folder because it's not physically in the computer or is a legacy adapter?

I'm using onboard NIC for internet and a 3Com 3C905B-tx for lan. Both drivers are up to date. Also in my network folder I don't have the little computers as icons anymore just the little upsidedown "T" looking thing that connects the two computer icons before? How do I get rid of all these other devices? They are not in. Anyway here are pics of what I'm talking about
