My friend just got a new burner and just installed it, he can read discs off of it, and the drive on the same secondary IDE channel (dvd -rom), BUT after awhile one of the drives gives the error message
"Unsafe Removal of Device"
"You have unplugged or ejected a device without stopping it. Unplugging or ejecting devices without first stopping them can often cause your computer to crash and love valuable data"
any ideas? I gave him a few, see if it works, might be something simple, haven't heard back from him yet.
