Weird Car "accident", advice please

Yesterday my dad was driving at night, stopped at a light, and a drunk homeless guy came up and kicked the car twice for no reason, leaving couple of small dents, my dad just drove away thinking that there is no point talking to the person in that state.
My question is, does our car insurance cover things like this?
Thanks

Yes, but deductible comes first and then the rates may go up. Probably better just getting it fixed out of pocket.

most of the time, dents like that are easy to pull out, unless there's a wrinkle in the metal or the paint is scratched. Next time, get out and kick the homeless guy, leaving similarly sized dents.
