weird booting issue...

Ok well my issue, The first time each day when I turn on my computer all my fans turn on But it wont POST just sits there..everything lights up like it suppose to just no post...but when I hold the power button turn it off then turn it back on it POSTS and works fine...been doing this for little over a month...and I"m getting annoyed...I built this comp and its been doing it sence I built it...I think.
I think it is my power supply but not sure.

Now if tried unhooking 2 fans and my neon no differnce.
Yall know of anyway to test my power suppy or whatever else you think may be wrong...Thanks
 
I have a machine like that, starts the same way, but thats all it does. The BIOS is toast.
It reconizes my Athlon XP 2400+ as a AMD (unknown) @ 1050Mhz
 
My Epox 8K7A would do the same thing after about a year of working flawlessly. Usually when I hit the reset button it would POST fine. Annoying but was workable considering it rarely was turned off. Unfortunately, it then decided to die altogether a month ago. It would turn on but never POST.
 
My board with the dead BIOS will turn on but won't post. I had some issues with shuting it down and it would restart about 2 weeks before the BIOS crashed
