I noticed that when I drink coffee I get weird artifacts in my vision. I'm working at the computer and I can't really see the spot on the monitor I'm looking at because it's covered with a "glare" or blank spot, it's not black. It's just like if i were looking at a really bright light, and then look away, where the bright light was in your field of vision you see an "artifact", and it's sort of a blind spot. Well my coffee vision is just like that, only bigger area, and I wasn't looking at anything bright.

Is this normal?

No.

P.S. Don't drink coffee, and you should probably see a doctor about it too.

Occaisionally i'll get this weird vision thing where the bottem of my vision becomes blurry but it's only the lower 20% of my vision. A headache follows like 95% of them time and doctor said it was stress induced. Maybe try and drink less coffee or relax a lil bit after you do?

It's probably a caffeine OD or something. I don't normally drink coffee, but i started a couple weeks ago. Also have a very slight headache.

Your body can't handle the caffeine. Stop drinking it or you'll do damage to your liver, brain cells, nerves, and other somewhat important parts of your body <cough>erections<cough>.

What you are describing about the single blind spot is an "aura" which is a symptom of an oncoming migraine. I have the same problem after eating MSG. Nausea may accompany it... but don't worry, it won't do any long term damage to your vision. If I didn't have to hit the sack right this minute, I'd dig up a few threads about this.

You need to repeat grades 1-9. The only obvious way to repay him is to become his slave. Enjoy slavery!

Yeah you should definitely heed the advice of these worthless morons instead of seeing a Opthamologist or your regular PCP about that.
