Bump that. Plus, dont forget to eat. The majority of the battle is in the kitchen. You can go and lift all the time, but if you arent gettin the protein, you might as well not lift in the first place. If you are serious about bulking up try to get at least 1g protein per lb of bodyweight.

Weight = fighting gravity.
You cannot win. Give in to the dark side. The weight is the dark side of your soul not exposed to the light of day. You hide it, yet you canot run from it.
You lifting weights = you trying to run from your past = you fighting gravity = you cannot win.
Just eat a pizza and take a nap; it'll all be clearer in the morning.

Traditionally you lift heavier and do lighter amounts of cardio to bulk up and you lift lighter and do more cardio to get "cut up."

I'm just into the weightloss personally...i work out every other/2 days, and ive cut down to water every day (minus one day where i can drink one pop) and i eat 2 times a day as opposed to 3 and take vitamins in place of the other meal...sometimes i'll only eat once if i wake up real late...

you're doing yourself a disservice by eating less, you have to eat healthier, NOT eat only 1-2 times a day

To give you an idea, i was lifting to the point of muscle fatigue, 10 reps, then I switched to a higher weight and can only do 5 before my muscle gives out. But after doing the 5 routine I got sore to the point where i couldnt do anymore and had to give it a rest for 2 days.
So maybe I should switch to the weight that i can do 10 on?

If you want to lose weight I'm thinking more frequent but smaller meals help curb your appetite but still give you good nutritiion, and you need cardio to burn fat right? But you also need anerobic (weighlifting) to build muscle which helps burn fat too

I'm a personal trainer.
You've got to go Heavy to gain mass
light and daily is more for someone who wants to just tone up and lose some weight.
The hardcore guys at the gym go for the former routine
with supplements like high protein, and muscle mass supplement type tabs.
No roids!!
No No!
