I'm a specific guy. I do compete in a sport with weight classes so I need to fill out to 85Kg lean in the mornings. So another 2Kg at present and I can drop 3kg so that makes a possible 5kg of lean muscle I can pack on and stay at 85kg or even 6-7Kg if I cut a lot to make the competition :p

I don't, since I don't care how much my clothes weigh. Well I do wear underwear... meh. ;)

In the morning with no clothes and after you go to the restroom you can lose 2-5lbs+ easily.

It just seems when people say what they weigh, it is what they weigh and with clothes and footwear.

Since we are on the topic:
Is it strange for someones weight to constantly fluctuate?
Over the summer I would weigh myself every day, and if I weighed 150 one day, but didn't have much to eat, I would many times drop down to 145 by just the next morning.
It didn't get below 145 or above 150 often, but it seems like it never stayed the same.

It's mostly water weight that makes the difference, but clothing, accessories, food, etc., all make a difference also. I would say that your weight in the morning is the most accurate.

Well, when I was weighting my self, i wanted to eliminate as many variables as i possibly can. But what ever people prefer, they should do it. After all, the only reason I do it is to have an understanding of how my body weight change, not to compare it to someone else. :)
