Weight Training Program??

For those of you who do weight train pretty seroiusly, what did you base your program on. Did you use a college football lifting program or maybe you used one that you found online. I was just wondering where everyone got theres from.

It all depends on the goal you are trying to acheive. Are you trying to lose weight, or gain weight?

If you are trying to gain weight, do you want to get cut, or do you want to get big? There is a difference, I might be able to help you out.
 
i had a powerlifting coach for a couple of years & i kept every program he gave me.
plus, i get workouts from Powerlifting USA magazine.

I'm not looking for a program, I was just wondering, if you had a program, where did you get it from.

I got one online ... from a reputable guy at a forum I visit ...

It's called "Power/Rep Range/Shock" ... it's more for bulking .. but it's amazing ...
