I'm currently 5'11 and weight 220 pounds. I'm trying to get down to at least 200. I have been watching my diet and trying to keep calories low. Please help me with my diet and workout. A typical food day for me:

Breakfast: 2 Slices toast with peanut butter. Skin milk to drink.
Lunch: 2 Turkey sandwiches Skin milk to drink.
During the day a protein shake.
Dinner: Tuna or egg whites.

I'll drink water throughout the day. My workout:

Monday: Chest/Triceps, 1mile running/jump rope. abs
Tuesday: Legs, sometimes 2 miles stair climber.
Wednesday: Abs
Thursday: Shoulders, Back, 1mile running/jump rope, abs.
Friday: Biceps, 1mile run, jump rope.

Weekends I will run 2miles each day on a stair climber I have.

Read the fat loss sticky before you ask more questions. It should clear most everything up.

Your diet is dominantly fluid-based, which is a poor idea when trying to lose weight. You want to eat almost all your calories so you don't get hungry. Most people ruin their diet because of their hunger. If you eliminate the hunger, then your progress should be steady. Eat more leafy greens and more nuts. I'll say again to read the fat loss sticky. It goes into more thorough detail.
