Start drinking lots of green/black tea. I drink it everyday when I get into work. Don't get the cheap stuff....get a decent brand.

It speeds up metabolism, has a lot antioxidants, and prevents you from getting hungry.

Its great for lazy people like me!

Is that true? Might be worth buying some, since I love tea anyway

When working out, is it better to lift first and then do cardio? Or do cardio first and then lift?

Shouldn't be doing them together preferably. Although, if you must, do the weights first, then cardio.

Actually you want to do cardio first then weights.

Absolutely wrong. Cardio is far more effective when done AFTER weight lifting. Lifting is far more effective when done fresh, and not glycogen deprived from cardio.

If cardio is done after lifting, the body will begin burning fat much sooner, as your body has already burned off much of it's glycogen stores lifting the weights. Conversely, lifting weights requires those sugar stores to maintain the intensity needed to make gains.

Cardio directly after lifting is ideal for fat loss.
