First of all I am about 140 on average and I am approixmately 5'10" and have some runner build. I am looking forward to pack into at least another 10lbs upwards to 20lbs... I have a problem... No matter how much I eat, I don't gain more than 5 at most and I remain very in shape by running, benchpress, and more... I really want to pack some more meat into me. Do anybody here have a suggestion that I could might try? Thanks in advance...

Gaining weight is rather simple. First off you may need to cut back on your activity and not necessarily eat more, but more calorie dense food. Flaxseed oil is very good for you and 3-4 teaspoons a day will add some 400+ calories a day. You want to add quality weight, so 5 lbs of muscle of weight is better than 15lbs of fat. Get some good protein and there are some very good weight gaining protein powders on the market that will add some nice clean weight gain as well. Take your present diet and add 500 calories a day more and you should start to see a weight gain. Most people think they are eating enough and 99% of the time they are not. At your height you should be able to gain 15 to 20lbs of quaility weight with no problem at all. And above all lift weights. Just for reference I am the same height and weigh around 195. I also have been a weight lifter off and on for 15 plus years though.

take a look a gnc.com , they have many products that can help you I work out on my Bowflex 6 days a week/45-60 minutes.

Do lots of squats and deadlifts
Make sure you are doing a lot of these sets for 6-8 reps
Also compund exercises like pullups, rows, dumbell presses for your chest and shoulders, and other exercises for your quads and hamstrings
Try to slowly increase your caloric intake very week until you gaining 1 lb. a week
Stop doing cardio
Eat healthy foods - rice, bread, chicken, milk, etc.
Have a protein shake with ~40-50g whey protein IMMEDIATELY after a workout and drink 2 cups of juice with it
Drink lots of water
get lots of sleep

all of these are very important. PM me for more info.

First off stop almost all of your cardio. Lift weights heavily. Then increase the calorie and protein intake as suggested. That's about all you need to do.
