Don't take Whey Protein at GNC. That sh*t will make you break out! but it does work though:confused:

Interesting.. I haven't had this problem (not that I think you are making up). Which kind are you using? Generally you should take a shower soon after working out so that you don't let sweat/skin oil clog up your pores for the rest of the day.

I was using chocolate 100% whey, just switched over to strawberry for a change. Tastes like Pepto. :frown:

The problem is not the flavor but the fact that you're wasting copious amounts of money buying at GNC and buying GNC's brand

Eh, I am aware that it is cheaper to buy online, but GNC gives me a couple of advantages:
1) I don't need to use my credit card.
2) I can drive 10 minutes and pick it up.
3) I can return what I don't like with no hassle.
4) I can use a discount card that makes the price a little more competitive.

Well in that respect, how much do you pay for the GNC brand? (Price per 5lb jug) Even with the gold card discount, 2lb jugs of Designer Whey at GNC is still more expensive than any (Any Brand goes here) Pure Whey in a 5lb jug. I know GNC's brand stuff is a little cheaper though.

Good God, I don't buy Designer Whey. ;)

GNC's brand, with a discount, is about ~$20 for a 3lb jug. And yes I know it's still cheaper to buy it online. I just keep expecting myself to quit going to the gym (even after six months of going consistently), so I don't bother ordering online.

As bad as my joints are getting, and as little progress as I'm making, I may just take a break for a while.
