Weight Gainer Deals

rather than take a gainer, I would get the supplements you want and use them to make a shake. I've been reading that maltodextrine with some whey and creatine post workout is supposed to be pretty decent. If you need more calories mix it with whole milk some yogurt/ice cream, olive oil(for fat), oatmeal, peanut butter, bananas or fruit in general.

Back in the mid 80's when I was on the high school football team and wanted to pack on some serious size. I came up with a drink I called Oatmeal Milkshakes, and boy, did it ever help pack on the size. Here's the recipe:

1 cup of raw uncooked Oats
2 cups of milk.
1 egg.
1 very ripe banana.

Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Drink with a straw like a milkshake!

I worked up to drinking 2 of these a day, along with normal meals, and an hour or so a day in the gym with the weights. These Oatmeal Milkshakes are tasty, nutritious, and will certainly help you pack on the size. If I recall, I was 170lbs in grade 10 and was a little over 205 when I graduated. Thankfully, it was mostly muscle.

Hi all,
i just want to gain my weight and fat,
please suggested me guys,
thanks in advance!!!!
Dude...read the sticky. You gain weight and muscle mass from lifting and eating in a caloric surplus. That's all there is to it. If you're a real skinny fucker like me, just eat everything in sight (leave out the twinkies and junk, though).

Again, READ THE STICKY and eat the foods SC lists.

SAME ADVICE GOES FOR OP, FFS.

thats retarded.

try this instead

2+ cups of whole milk. as much as almost fills the blender
banana
protein powder
bunch of natural peanut butter
and you could also add ice cream and oats if you'd like

why the fuck would you put an egg in a shake for?

I could understand why he would add a egg. Eggs are loaded with protein in a raw form. Essentially you are getting great protein but risking Salamanilla (spelling?) and cholesterol. Rocky did it.

i cant understand. eggs have a certain amount of protein wether cooked or raw. one egg is like 3-5 grams of protein i believe? i can add two scoops of powder and get 50. its pointless and dumb. tastes like ass and movies arent to be emulated.

just drink milk...

gg if you're lactose intolerant. I guess if you wanted to upper decker someones toilet that would be fun.

also, I agree with the whey instead of whole egg. Another thing you can do is add in frozen blueberries. Or nonfat sugar free pudding mix.

Eggs are cheap for me about a couple bucks for a dozen. Google search: A egg has about 12.6 grams of protein. Protein powders are more expensive gram for gram and most of it gets passed through without being utilized.

N-large by Prolab is respected
Cytogainer is also a great product but you pay a lot for the "Cytosport" name

Personally I'd do something like was mentioned above

2 cups milk
1 cup oatmeal (I use quick oats b/c they are less fibrous and easier on my stomach)
1-2 tablespoons of Olive Oil (1 tablespoon packs like 100 calories)

Optional
Natural Peanut Butter
Banana

With a shake like that you can expect anywhere between 600-1000 calories per shake! Plus they'll have 40-60G of protein. Pretty damn good weight gainer plus it's all natural stuff like milk, whey, olive oil, banana, etc. You drink 2 of those between meals and you'll gain weight. Those premade weight gainers are a lot of crap filler ingredients like maltodextrin.

However it's not always easy to make a shake so there is no problem using the weight gainer once in a while, just don't make it your only choice.

eggs are loaded with nutrients, YEAH you risk salmonella and high cholesterol, but the gain is worth it to some who want ALL the nutrition in a raw egg. (knowing that raw foods have more nutrients before they're cooked) heat kills everything...

This is silly times. Cooked eggs digested better than raw ones.
