weered office 2000 pro problem

i have an office 2000 pro installed on a win98 SE workstation.
everything is working fine except for Excel.
any right-to-lift language character or digit wont appear except in english

Have you tried doing a reinstall?

Or, try uninstall and reinstall. You won't lose any of your documents.

well, here is the problem in more details and what ive done in return
if u dont mind, judje my actions, i may have done something wrong or missed another i dont really know

the OS is Win98 SE.
Office 2000 Pro
Arabic,Hungarian, and Russian Multilanguage pack
Word,PowerPoint, and Access are all working fine with all enabled languages.

Arabic language is now working at Excel, but Numbers wont appear in Arabic unless u write in the cell some arabic text. then the successing digits will appear in Arabic. erase the Arabic text, the digit change to English.

ive uninstalled, installed, and reinstalled Office and Multilanguage Pack. nothing changed
