Weekly stats?

Is there any interest in having weekly stats for projects? If so which ones?
I've asked this before without getting a response, other than "yea, it's a good idea" but no one proposed which projects.

I could probably do stats for 2-4 projects. You guys pick which ones you'd like & I'll do them.

Here's a sample of what I'm talking about... 3rd post down

Voting so far:
Rosetta - 11
SETI - 7
CPDN - 3
Einstein - 3
DPAD - 2
Enigma - 2
DIMES - 2
WCG - 2
Cosmology@Home - 1
Sudoku - 1

Assimilator1, you still planning on posting some DPAD stats, at least occasionally? I figured GLeeM has F@H covered pretty well & TallBill is back doing SoB so there not much point in doing those. Trying to get some of the other projects that aren't covered already.

Thanks for the input so far 🙂

I'm crunching Rosetta, and Seti.

But Rosetta is the one I would suggest for my part.

Thanks for offering.............😎

Yeah, since BlackMountainCow stopped doing the Rosetta-stats, no one has picked up that project. Team-stats in Seti are covered by Rattledagger ...and some other projects by others. Rosetta and Seti are also the TeAm's largest BOINC projects ... CPDN and Einstein are also projects with a stable following and quite some large production.
My proposition - since you asked for up to 4 proposals: Rosetta, Seti, CPDN and Einstein@home.

hey, does anybody have the link for that seti@home stats page that caferace talked about during gauntlet? during my e6750 woes I seem to have lost it and can't find the thread now.

edit: peter has the right idea. I liked the link that you put in rattledagger's stats on seti the other day, it's nice to know how we're all doing. I definitely think that it helped us in gauntlet with everybody trying to pass someone else and/or hold on to "his" spot 🙂

Rosetta gets my vote.

BMC did a great job for so long!

GLeeM has done a great job on F@H Stats for even longer!:beer:

Yeah I'll vote Rosetta too. I'm currently slowly moving my production to Rosetta from Seti now that the race is done. 🙂

To save you some work: if someone is looking for weekly stats on the SoB project, they could go to the stats website of Dukebox [Dutch Power Cows].
There the stats of SoB are presented on a daily, weekly, monthly and yearly basis. 😀

The urls for Anandtech stats are:
- present day
- Weekly (counted from present day)
- Monthly (counted from present day)
- Yearly (from present day)

The date you can change at the bottom of the page.
Cool stats site, thanks 🙂

I was unsure if just going with the big projects is the way to go. Possibly posting stats from one of the smaller projects might give it a boost. Something to think about.

At the end of the week i'll see which projects has the most support & go with that to start with. Those SETI stats didn't take very long to do but i'll see how long it'll take to do a few different projects & figure how many i can do at a time.
As it stands now:
Rosetta - 5
SETI - 4
CPDN - 1
DPAD - 1
Einstein - 1

Thanks for the input guys 😀

Cool stats site, thanks 🙂

YW.
I like it also. 😀

The stats here are updated several times a day, so it is fairly accurate to see your output on the current day also.

When I dumped the last 6T for Raysun2be last sunday about 20 minutes later they were already shown. 😛
This is a nice setup by DukeBox. 😉

As 'normal' daily stats are concerned:
Seti, SoB and Folding are reasonably good covered.
Enigma is partially covered by SAK.
DPAD is covered by Assim.

I would say to choose between Rosetta (as #1), CPDN (as #3) or Einstein (as #2).
These are projects in which a fair number of TA-members are participating, but lacks a regular stats overview. 😀

I'm currently crunching Cosmology@Home and Project Sudoku through the end of December. so those projects get my vote.

Since Enigma is presumably going to last only for a few months, that would be a good option too. It will encourage TA-members to participate for the short time it lasts. 😀

I don't know if you counted my statement as a vote or not, but I vote for all 4 that peter did in case you didn't: Rosetta, Seti, CPDN and Einstein@home.

I'm surprised that nobody mentioned f@h. make that a 5th one if you'll let me 😉

Ya, your right about F@H! we've been taking GLeeM for granted!
